Campbell's Skillet Sauces: Creamy Parmesan Chicken

I was food shopping one day and decided I was in the mood to cook something. I saw the Campbell's skillet sauces many varieties and picked up the Creamy Parmesan Chicken. I purchased one since at the time it was only myself in the house (This was  before I became pregnant. Way overdue review).

I used boneless chicken tenderloins. I cut the chicken in small pieces and seasoned them with Soul Seasoning (I love this seasoning from Save-a-lot)

After the chicken was done ( I cooked the chicken on the stovetop for about 7-8 mins)
I added the sauce to the pan

The bag of brocolli florets are microwavable ( Yes the easy way out. It comes out steamed with the perfect bite.)
I let the chicken and sauce come to a soft boil then added the broccoli. I had the penne noodles ready.

DINNER IS READY!!!! TIME TO SERVE ON MY BEST CHINA...

😂😂😂
I love saving the combination bowls after I order beef and broccoli from the Chinese food restaurant.
So what did I think???
If you have to watch your salt intake then this sauce isn't for you. I don't recall reading the directions but if this wasn't stated, you may want to dilute the sauce with a little water. Other than that, It was pretty good. I love that the sauce had a nice thick consistency. And the best part is I had leftovers

HAVE YOU TRIED ANY OF THE CAMPBELL'S SKILLET SAUCES??? LET ME KNOW IN THE COMMENT SECTION....

The Best Ice Cream Ever!!! Good Humor Oreo Dessert Bar

If I'm ever in the mood for ice cream, 95% of the time I'm going for cookies and cream. That five percent is the rare times I'm craving another flavor. Discovering this Oreo cookie Ice cream by Good Humor might have come at the best or worst time depending on how you look at it. I'm pregnant and the cravings sometimes are very intense. Going down the Frozen food aisle a few months ago I saw this ice cream and Immediately grabbed for it. How could it not be good? Having that first bite filled with pieces of Oreo cookies and vanilla ice cream just really hit the spot. I love that the whole bar is covered very graciously with Oreo cookie pieces. From the first bite to the last, you be satisfied with every CRUNCH!!! I used to eat the Klondike Oreo cookie bars for fulfillment. So sorry Klondike....I was kept within your clutch for many years...and now....Good Humor has forever taken your spot. My mother and I are also lovers of the Strawberry Shortcake Dessert Bar. No lack of strawberry flavor.
Are you a fan of Good Humor Products?? Let me know in the comment section.

Today's Lunch: Nathan's Famous Franks and French Fries

I had a great lunch today with my mother. The best part is I made it at home. It's nothing like fast food done yourself!! My mother used to tell me about going to Coney Island ( I was born in Brooklyn, raised in Harlem until I was 11 or 12) so we could munch on the Frank's and fries. She's a vegetarian now but she still enjoys the crinkle cut French fries. She tells me Nathan's fries are still the same as she remembers. That really does attest to great quality especially for a frozen food product. I have to admit that it was my mother that put me on to the fries. I was eating the Ore-Ida brand before. Well there's no debate here. Clearly Nathan's Fries are better tasting. You can taste the freshness of the potatoe in each fry. Each time I've fried them they've always come out nice and crispy.
I've been eating Nathan's Frank's consistently since college (08'). I went to college in Rochester NY. I remember getting really excited when I saw them being sold in a supermarket close to my dorm. These franks are the truth with authentic beef. I just read the article by the New York Daily News about Nathan's 100th anniversary. I wish I was there for the five cent franks. I'm sure me and baby Isaiah would have eaten way to many. Happy anniversary Nathan's Famous and I personally wish you 100 more years. Are you a Nathan's Fan?? Let me know in the comment section. Good Hospital Food?? Bon Secours Mary Immaculate Hospital

May 19, 2016....

During an routine NST test, It was showing that I was having contractions.....and that's how I ended up in the hospital ( http://isaiahsmommyforever.blogspot.com/ My Pregnancy Blog if you would like to follow)
I never had a hospital food experience to brag about until now. An hour after being in the hospital I was informed to order dinner. The menu looked quite fancy so I was intrigued. The menu had a build your own pasta option with either Spaghetti or Alfredo. Then you was able to pick what kind of pasta noodles and meats you wanted. I decided to go for fettuccine chicken and shrimp Alfredo. I wasn't expecting what came up to me.The shrimp and chicken came grilled. The Alfredo sauce was perfectly seasoned with herbs and just thick enough. This meal was finger lickin' good lol. So good that I got it again for lunch the next day. Not what I expected from a hospital.
So.... If you're in Hampton/Newport News VA or other surrounding areas and have to end up at Mary Immaculate Hospital, go ahead and order up that Alfredo. You won't be disappointed.....

Wendy's Mozzarella Bacon Burger

I was treated to some Wendy's yesterday. Pregnancy cravings lead me to getting my usual which is the Asiago Ranch Chicken Club. Of course that will always be my number one item of choice pregnant or not. Anyways as I was being driven through the drive-thru I saw the big sign about this new burger. Well I'm hungry so why not try it especially since I'm not paying!!! I ate my chicken sandwich first since that was the main purpose for my visit. I waited about five minutes for that to digest before I went in on this burger. Now I haven't had a burger from Wendy's in quite some time. Although I'm a fan of the restaurant in general (starting when I had my first Junior Bacon Cheeseburger Thanks mommy) I stopped eating the burgers because I felt the salt content was way to much.
Alright so let me get to the point....I would never get this burger again. Personally I don't feel that mozzarella cheese has any business on a burger. The burger tasted very bland. I was wishing for some of that salt I complained about lol. No flavor. I see how they wanted to be fancy with the greens. I can dig it. I did not taste the garlic parmesan so maybe that is what takes from the overall experience. I love the brioche bun as always. Bacon was crispy and on point as usual. Now that beef patty.....Hmmm... It looked weird to me that it was so small. I was expecting the usual thick and juicy burger. I did not get the onion on my burger because I'm just not a fan. So yea....that's my review on the NEW Wendy's Mozzarella Bacon Burger. Have you tried it yet??? Let me know your thoughts down below
